Cancellation & Refunds policy

Cancellation Policy:

We offer a 50% refund on cancellations upto minimum 15 days before the start of the course.

The course is a limited attendance course and no refunds can be given for cancellations less than 15 days in advance or No-Shows.

You are entitled to ask for a refund within 15 days of attending the course in case you are not satisfied with the contents or does not meet your expectations.

You must inform us of your request for refund with appropriate explanation by whatsapp, or an e-mail to waraucare@gmail.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the request.

Conditions for refunds:

In order to be eligible for a refund, following conditions must be met:

• you must have attended the course in full.

• you must give an appropriate feedback about the shortcomings of the course and how it was unable to meet your expectations.

• you must understand that inability to utilise the knowledge because of lack of patients or lack of access to equipment is not sufficient reason for refund.

• you must not try to defame the company or the speakers by any means in any offline or online media including posting any negative reviews or comments on social media.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for requests that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
